Age 65, qualified accountant. Most notable career positions: Executive vice President, Mothercare USA. - Managing Director, British Shoe Corporation, Fashion Division. - HR Director, House of Fraser Group. - Managing Director, PRG/Schultz for EMEA. - Director, Consultiam group.

 

Peter has vast experience of large company management and brings a flair for brand positioning and financial acuity to the FSA marketplace. His aim for Eden FWM is to ensure that in respect of the FSA Retail Distribution Review to be implemented in 2013, that EdenFWM is at the forefront of providing individuals and practices with the most professional service available within the FSA industry.

 

Alastair Brooks,
Director, Eden Financial and Wealth Management limited

 

Age 64, qualified solicitor and Notary Public. A lawyer for 40 years, well known in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Co-chairman of the Concrete Cattlemans Club, Founder Sponsor of the City Breakfast Club, Founder Sponsor of the Milton Keynes Businessmen's Golf Society and former member of Bletchley Round Table and Milton Keynes Rotary Club.
Alastair's vast network of friends and colleagues has enabled him to present Eden FWM to professionals and their clients, bringing to their attention the services Eden FWM has to offer.

 

Neil Brown,
Associate Director, Eden Financial and Wealth Management Limited

 

Aged 44, Neil has 28 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. 13 years in Retail and Corporate Banking and 15 years as a Financial Advisor. Neil is experienced in both corporate and personal financial planning with access to the whole of the Financial Marketplace. Neil specialises in raising Corporate Finance, often well into seven figures, Pension and Investment advice, Trust Planning and Tax Saving vehicles.

 

Neil makes Financial Planning easy to understand and ensures that he is made aware of each clients overall business and household ambitions before recommending Financial actions. Many of Neils clients have been with him for the 15 years he has been an advisor.

 

Jim Deery,
Associate Director, Eden Financial and Wealth Management Limited

 

Aged 52, a fully qualified IFA with more than 20 years experience in the Financial Services industry. Jim has recently joined Eden FWM to broaden his horizons and to prepare for the challenges the industry will face following the Retail Distribution Review implementation by the FSA in 2013. Jim specialises in the regulated aspects of Financial Planning - Mortgages, Pensions, Life Assurance and Retirement Planning.

 

Previously with Barclays Bank and St James's Place, Jim has developed his career by focusing on personal relationships and high-quality customer care, skills which will be much in demand as the Financial Services market develops in the 'new world'.

 

Sharon Willimott,
PA and Administrator

 

Sharon has been at Eden for 5 years and is the first point of contact for clients both existing and new.

 

In addition to keeping the office running smoothly, Sharon works directly with clients from project submission to completion to ensure product providers receive all relevant client information and documentation in respect of the work EdenFWM is doing for them on Mortgages, Investments, Life Assurance and General Insurance.

 

Sharon maintains all client records as required by the FSA and in addition is responsible for maintaining the EdenFWM 'Intelligent Office' back office system which enables clients to access their interests 24/7.

 

Mark Tucker,
MT legal services, in association with Eden Financial and Wealth Management Limited

 

Mark founded MT legal services in 2001 after 20 years working for 3 local law firms exclusively handling Private Client services.

 

MT legal services will provide to clients of Eden FWM the following specialist services: Will Writing, Trust creation, Inheritance Tax Planning, Long Term Care planning, Probate services and Powers of Attorney.

 

Mark brings a modern and forward thinking approach to the area of Private Client Law, combined with professionalism and expedience.

 

Raj Tank, Commercial Law Solutions,

Raj founded Commercial Law Solutions in 2011. He is a highly experienced General Commercial Counsel. Raj is also a fully qualified Barrister. Raj has worked with Avon Cosmetics Ltd, Kraft-Cadbury, NEC Group, Barclaycard, Jaguar Land Rover, and Hays PLC.

 

His expertise includes, Commercial Contracts, Intellectual Property, Employment Law, Sales/Marketing and Advertising Law as well as e-commerce Law.

 

Raj is available to clients of Eden FWM to provide 'In House' solutions on legal issues reducing risk to the business and adding value to the practice-client relationship.
